Caranx.net returns policy

The goods offered in this store are guaranteed by major brands. Our commitment with costumers it offering the highest possible quality. If, once you received the order, you don't feel happy with the product you have up to 90 days to return it starting from the reception date. Shipping costs, in case of returned goods, shall be bear by the costumer. In order to make a return the goods must be in mint conditions and in the original packaging. Once the product has been received in our warehouse will be checked and Caranx.net will issue a reimbursement code to be used for a future purchase in the shop. We do not refund the cash.

Defective goods or wrong shipment will be picked up and returned at Caranx.net expenses thus, the customer must notify the problem to the company within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
