The Daiwa Single Lure Hook can be used to replace trebles in hard baits or to be used with jigs or vibration lures.

There is a tendency to change the hooks on the lures, many fishermen begin to reject the concept of treble, especially if they practice catch&release, or directly prefer the guarantee on the hookset that provides a simple hook, for this reason, options like the of the Daiwa Single Lure Hook, are always more frequent.

The main feature of the Daiwa Single Lure Hook is the position of the ring, which, as you can easily see, is in line with the point of the hook. The purpose is that of being able to rig this type of hook to the lure so that it remains in a longitudinal position with a single split ring, since a traditional eyelet would force us to use two rings to be able to supply its transverse position. At the same time, we think the position of the eyelet is quite interesting, straight the leg of the hook, don’t you think it is interesting to improve the hook set?

The Daiwa Single Lure Hook is robust, certainly not suitable for extreme fishing but sufficient for the most common catches in our waters, light rockfishing in the lower sizes up to seabass and medium predators in the upper ones.
