Sales agreement, returns and privacy

The company

Sales will be done by the company Caranx-Caranx, S.L. : C/Algabeño, 79 - 109 28043 Madrid. C.I.F.: B-82911132 registrada el 31 de mayo de 2001 en el registro mercantil > tomo: 16.555, libro: 0, folio: 55, sección: 8, hoja: M-282044.

Sales conditions

Once we receive the order we process a detailed invoice with the available items and shipping costs. If there's something missing we will mention it in a return e-mail. We usually ship with the regular mail service or international couriers.

Shipment can travel with an insurance upon buyer's request. Some countries do not have an agreement with Spain for insurance in certified mail, please ask if you are interested. Shipments with EMS can carry an insurance which value is 1% of the invoice amount. Shipments with International Couriers have a cost of 1% of the invoice value. Rods always travel with the insurance.

The company does not take any responsability for lost shipments if they are NOT insured.

16% VAT is already included in the prices. Minimum order 30€

Payments

Payments can be done both with CC through Paypal (www.paypal.com) or bank wire.

Returned items

The items available at the shop are endorsed by major manufacturers. Offering the highest quality is our commitment to our costumers. If you're not happy with your purchase you have 7 days, since date of goods receipt, to apply the right to return. For returned items, shipping costs will be beared by the costumer.

To be returned, the goods must be in mint conditions and in it's original box. Once received the goods in our wharehouse and after having checked them we will proceed in refunding the costumer according to the payment method used.

In any case, returns of defective good or wrong shipment will be accepted and Caranx-caranx, S.L. will take care of the shipping costs, only if the costumer informed about the retunt within the (7) seven days period.

Privacy policy

The files of the costumers will not be saved and will be deleted after the shipment is completed and payed.
